For the initialisation procedure it is necessary to call a certain Windos function.
A normal user doesn"t has the right to execute this function so therefore it is necessary
to change the rights for the user working with the frame grabber.

In Windows XP/2000/NT4 the userrights are assigned in the Control Panel in the area
"Administrative Tools / Local Security Policy".
Only the design of the Control Panel is different in Windows XP. There are two designs to choose:

1) Category view:
In the right lower part of the control panel headed by "or System Control Icon" you can find the Icon
"Administrative Tools". With a double klick on this icon a new windows is opened
where you can find the icon for the "Local Security Policy".

2) Standard view (like in Windows 2000):
In this view you can directly find the icon for the "Administrative Tools". With a double click on this icon
a new windows is opened where you can find the icon for the "Local Security Policy".

In the window "Local Security Policy" you can find all assignments of the user rights in the subkey
"Local Policies / User Rights Assignment". All user rights like "Increase Sceduling Priorities"
can be found in the list in the right part of the windows. To change the assigment do a double click
on the user right an add the wanted user group to the list.
